Psychological Evaluations for Immigration Services

Purpose of Evaluation

Immigration courts often require psychological evaluations to be completed by a licensed mental health professional to document and determine if an individual can lawfully remain in the United States. 

 

How it works: 

  • Each evaluation consists of 2 interview appointments approximately 1 ½ hours each which will result in detailed report (usually 10-12 pages long)

  • Evaluation reports can take between 2-3 weeks to complete (expedited options available for additional fee)
